Cashback Terms & Conditions

Pratiyogita Darpan CSAT Test Series 2026 offers a Completion-Based Cashback Programme — our promise that if you commit to complete the entire test series, we commit to give you your money back. Please read all cashback terms carefully before participating.

1. Cashback Programme Overview

The Cashback Programme is a completion incentive offered exclusively to users who purchase any plan of the Pratiyogita Darpan CSAT Test Series 2026 and successfully attempt 100% of the tests included in their plan within the validity period. Upon verified completion, the user is entitled to a full cashback equal to 100% of their original plan purchase price. Your score does NOT affect your cashback — only completion does.

2. Cashback Formula & Calculation

The cashback is not score-based. It is a binary completion model: attempt every test in your plan and receive 100% of your purchase price back. The cashback amounts per plan are:

• Practice Plan (Rs.1,999) — Complete all tests: Cashback of Rs.1,999
• Scorer Plan (Rs.3,999) — Complete all tests: Cashback of Rs.3,999
• Success Mastery Plan (Rs.4,999) — Complete all tests: Cashback of Rs.4,999

3. Cashback Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the cashback, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You must have purchased a valid plan (Practice Plan, Scorer Plan, or Success Mastery Plan) at full price.
• All tests must be completed within the validity period of your plan. Tests attempted after the plan expiry will not be counted.
• Your registered account must be in good standing. Accounts suspended or terminated for any policy violation are not eligible.
• Cashback is applicable only once per user per plan. Purchasing the same plan again does not create a fresh cashback entitlement.
• The cashback claim must be submitted within 15 days of completing all tests (see Clause 5).

4. Cashback Disbursement Method & Timeline

All approved cashbacks will be credited directly to the user's bank account or UPI ID via direct bank transfer. Cashback will NOT be issued as coupons, vouchers, wallet credits, or discounts on future purchases.

• Disbursement Mode: Direct Bank Transfer or UPI (as provided by the user at the time of claim).
• Timeline: Cashback will be processed and credited within 1 (one) calendar month from the date of verified completion.
• You will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation once your cashback has been dispatched.
• If the cashback is not received within 35 days of completing all tests, you may raise a support query with our team.
• The Company is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider after the cashback has been dispatched from our end.

It is the user's responsibility to provide accurate and valid bank account details or UPI ID at the time of the cashback claim. Incorrect details leading to failed transfers will require resubmission and may delay processing.

5. Cashback Claim Process

Cashback is not automatically triggered upon completion. Users must actively submit a claim using the following process:

• Step 1: Complete 100% of all tests in your plan within the validity period.
• Step 2: Within 15 days of completing your last test, submit a Cashback Claim Request via the platform dashboard or by emailing our support team.
• Step 3: Include your registered name, email address, mobile number, Order ID, and bank account details (Account Number + IFSC Code) or UPI ID.
• Step 4: Our team will verify your test completion record within 7 business days.
• Step 5: Upon successful verification, cashback will be credited within 1 month of the completion date.

Failure to submit the Cashback Claim Request within 15 days of completing all tests will result in permanent forfeiture of the cashback entitlement. No exceptions will be made to this deadline.

6. Cashback Disqualification

Your cashback entitlement will be permanently forfeited if any of the following conditions apply:

• You did not attempt all tests within the plan before the validity period expired.
• Any attempt to manipulate test sessions, use unfair means, or exploit platform vulnerabilities.
• Your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Cashback Claim Request was not submitted within 15 days of completing all tests.
• Inaccurate or invalid bank/UPI details were provided, resulting in repeated failed transfers.
• The plan was purchased at a discounted or promotional price — cashback applies only to full-price purchases.

7. Taxes on Cashback

Cashback received under this programme may be subject to applicable taxes under the laws of India, including but not limited to income tax. The Company shall not be responsible for any tax liability arising from cashback disbursements. Users are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes. We recommend consulting a qualified tax advisor for guidance on your individual tax obligations.

8. Programme Modification & Discontinuation

The Cashback Programme is offered at the sole discretion of Pratiyogita Darpan. The Company reserves the right to modify the cashback percentage, eligibility criteria, disbursement method, or to suspend or discontinue the programme entirely at any time without prior notice. Any such modifications will not affect claims that have already been verified and approved prior to the date of change. Users who purchased a plan before any modification are entitled to the cashback terms applicable at the time of their purchase.

9. Cashback vs. Refund — Important Distinction

The Cashback Programme is entirely separate and distinct from the Refund Policy outlined in Part II of this document. These are two independent entitlements and cannot be combined:

• A user who has received or is in the process of claiming a cashback is not entitled to a simultaneous refund for the same purchase.
• A user who has been issued a refund under Part II is not eligible for cashback on the same purchase.
• Availing of the Cashback Programme constitutes acceptance of the product and its delivered value, and waives any further refund claim for that purchase.

By purchasing the Pratiyogita Darpan CSAT Test Series 2026, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the Refund Policy.
